One Toyota Headquarters

The new One Toyota Headquarters is a $1 billion-dollar, large-scale office complex that will support a population of over 7,000 employees. The project is located on 100 acres site and is approximately 2.2 million square feet in size. Toyota Headquarters is the largest new office project in North Texas and one of the largest in the state. The campus includes 7 buildings of office space, associate and business requirement space and technology. There are also 4 parking structures sized to accommodate approximately 6,400 cars along with a blend of covered and uncovered surface parking for 1,000 cars. The project also includes a conventional Central Plant, centralized loading dock and a series of underground service tunnels that connect the office buildings.

Dallas - Fort Worth International Airport

Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport is one of the busiest airports in North America, with an average of 64.1 million passengers per year elevating DFW to a status as one of the most frequently visited airports in the world. DFW is elevating the customer experience with modernized facilities and updated amenities, as well as through a $2.7 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program to renovate its four original terminal buildings. DFW airport serves as the main hub for American Airlines, and connects millions of international flights each year. DFW airport creates a unique and exclusive experience with countless restaurant choices and luxury shopping. Centered between its owner cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, DFW Airport also serves as a major economic generator for the North Texas region, producing over $37 billion in economic impact each year by connecting people through business and leisure travel.

The Star

The Star is a 91 acre multi-use development designed to be the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. A 510,000-square foot indoor athletic facility, and 398,000 square feet of office space. In addition to being home to the corporate offices and practice facility for the Dallas Cowboys, The Ford Center at The Star is shared by the Dallas Cowboys, the city of Frisco and the Frisco Independent School District for hosting a variety of sports, education and community activities.

Kyle Field Stadium Renovation

Home of the 12th Man and the A&M Aggies, Kyle Field is the largest football stadium in the SEC and fourth largest in the nation. In less than two years, the $450 million renovation of the stadium now seats over 102,500 fans, reaching the largest capacity in the SEC and in the state of Texas. The stadium also includes 12 founder suites, an alumni section, legacy suites, and much more.

Liberty Mutual Headquarters

Liberty Mutual Headquarters is the state of the art campus that will employ more than 4,000 employees. The 19 stories, 1.1 million square feet of finished space and 2 million square feet of parking, creates more than 4,500 parking spaces and much more than just office space. The facility consists of countless amenities for the employees such as restaurants, shops, apartments, health clubs, daycare and more to help them balance the demands of their personal and professional lives.

William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital

The William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital resulted in a facility that reflects a rethinking of what a hospital should be, from the ground up is one of the premier academic medical centers in the nation, it integrates pioneering biomedical research with exceptional clinical care and education. This new teaching hospital consists of 1.3 million square feet. Including 12 floors, 424 beds, 41 Emergency Exam Rooms, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Vascular, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Labs, and Nutrition Services.

Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel

The Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel is the crown jewel of Downtown Dallas. The facility is a 23- story, 1001 rooms with more than 1 million square feet, including 65,124 square feet of ballrooms and 21,290 square feet of arena and outdoor space. The striking color LED panels light up all sides of the building, contributing a lively energy to the City of Dallas. The Omni Hotel is connected via sky-bridge for guests can travel between their rooms and meetings as needed.

Northshore Condominiums

Northshore is in the heart of Austin’s 2nd Street Retail District overlooking Lady Bird Lake. The tower is 975,000 square feet of offices, luxurious apartments, and retail space totaling 1.776 acres of land. The three-tiered mixed tower consist of 38 floors, including 439 apartments and more than 50,000 square feet of office and retail space.
