The 4-story headquarters features state-of-the-art facilities for staff and members of the PGA of America. A light and comfortable design spans throughout the 106,000sf facility accenting features and common areas with brightly colored accents and high-end finishes. Providing an indoor, short game practice area and simulation bays to step up your game, the new headquarters consolidates training resources and operational team members under one roof.
View projectThe 376,000sf Justin Surgical Tower for Texas Health was the largest construction project undertaken in the history of Texas Health System. The new, 9-story healthcare tower was designed to provide a comfortable and family centered atmosphere with large patient rooms to accommodate 144 new beds, 62 pre-op and post-op beds, and 15 surgical suites. The new development adds a new parking garage and central utility plant and adjoins to the existing hospital. Completing the luxury tower provided a new level of healthcare facility to the Fort Worth area allowing Texas Health to reach and treat more patients, handle new healthcare challenges, and train new generations of healthcare providers.
View projectExpanding the prominent Ursuline Academy campus encompassed new classrooms, teacher spaces, and interactive common areas finished by completing a 1,000-seat auditorium surrounded by new fine art facilities. The 92,500sf expansion provided state-of-the-art accommodations for the lady’s preparatory school. The auditorium features large, curved acoustic clouds to accent the curvature of the walls throughout the seating area. The clouds and walls were built on-site, finished with a level-5 finish and seamlessly wrapped in high-end wallcovering.

Covering 340,040sf, the fast-track schedule included completion of wall finishing, concrete ceiling finishing, painting, wallcoverings, epoxy flooring, and custom floor striping in 16 months. Each unit highlights a sleek design with finely finished and painted walls and concrete ceilings. Specialty units and stairwells feature modern painted graphics. Our wallcovering team applied contemporary wallcoverings to every corridor, elevator lobby, and amenity space while our flooring specialists installed epoxy floor coatings to BOH spaces and custom striping in the 5,000sf high-end gym.

The unique design incorporates mixed materials throughout common spaces and three levels of hospitality inspired amenities. Of the 31 residential floors, levels 37 – 39 house 18 penthouse units featuring custom finishes and designs. Carrco completed painting, wallcovering, and flooring scopes throughout the large-scale project. The residential village will have houses that can hold 875 students. It will also include classrooms, fitness areas, amenities spaces, study areas, and community gathering places focused on the sophomore year experience. The project also includes 30,000 square feet of the residential dining hall that will serve all of Texas Women University's student population.

The museum consists of twenty-seven unique exhibits, over one hundred survivor testimonials, and much more located throughout the museum. The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum's primary focus is to educate visitors about the Holocaust, other genocides, and human rights struggles in the United States. It was a great honor to be part of this brand new, state of the art facility.

The state-of-the-art facility includes beautiful architecture, artwork, restaurants, and corporate shops. The facility consists of 8 miles of biking trails for employees and a section dedicated to employee services. This project was a successful high-end Interior finish-out project that included top of the line paints and wall-covering finishes.

Pioneer Natural Resources is a unique, state-of-the-art headquarters developed by KDC. The new Pioneer Natural Resources headquarters will be a significant addition to Las Colinas.

This new teaching hospital consists of 1.3 million square feet, including 12 floors, 424 beds, 41 emergency exam rooms, nuclear medicine, radiology, vascular, endoscopy, ultrasound, labs, and nutrition services.

The new Greek Village consists of eleven chapter houses of 108,000 square feet combined. They are currently home to twenty-five Texas Christian University sorority and fraternity chapters. These houses are four stories with an additional bedroom on the fourth floor. All houses will include a kitchen, meeting room, laundry areas, extra space for special events, and much more.

The Omni hotel includes 65,124 square feet of ballrooms and 21,290 square feet of the arena and outdoor space. The striking color LED panels to light up all sides of the building contribute color and lively energy to the City of Dallas. The Omni Hotel connects via sky-bridge for guests can travel between their rooms and meetings as needed.
